MONDAYS  1:30P – 2:30P   |   Beginning NOVEMBER 29

We’re doing something new for Advent this year – we’re going to use Walter Brueggemann’s “Celebrating Abundance: Devotions for Advent” book. In this book, Brueggemann provides a daily short reflection based on a scripture reading, and a short prayer. We’ll read and reflect on these readings on our own, and then gather once a week to talk about them. A simple spiritual practice to go along with the theme of the week will be introduced when we meet.

Books are available from the office for $18,  or you can order from your favourite book seller or download one to your e-reader. (If the price is challenging for you, please let Rev. Gale know.)

We’re going to read a week ahead so that our last session together occurs before Christmas.
